CPI's Collective: An incubator for transformation
Discover how CPI’s Collective brings together diverse voices to tackle pressing global issues.
Hello everyone!
We're excited to introduce CPI’s Collective, a guided digital incubator for changemakers looking to experiment, learn, and exchange ideas. CPI’s Collective brings together a diverse group—global development professionals, academics, philanthropists, and governments—to co-create the next generation of practices for global development.
What is CPI’s Collective?
This incubator is more than just a network or a convening; it’s a community space for collaborative experimentation. Participants work in thematic groups, sharing experiences to tackle today’s challenges and develop adaptive solutions through concrete experiments. We aim to move beyond isolated efforts, fostering connections that lead to real change across local and global contexts.
The first four cohorts will focus on four key themes:
Decolonising the development sector: Rethinking how development is approached, with a focus on shifting power dynamics.
Measuring systems change: Developing ways to measure, respond, and adapt to complex, evolving changes.
Justice for the just energy transition: Ensuring equity for all in the shift toward clean energy, with a focus on community-centered action.
Innovation for democracy in LATAM: Rethinking the role of innovation labs as agents of change to strengthen democracy and communities across the region.
How does it work?
Over 4-5 months, 50 participants from diverse sectors and backgrounds will collaborate bi-weekly to develop solutions. By working in partnership rather than isolation, they will create a portfolio of experiments to address pressing challenges.
